Actual client work runs on a short written service agreement we both sign, which covers scope, payment, the ownership guarantee, and how either of us can end things cleanly. That document wins over anything on this site if they ever disagree.

The content and design of this site belong to ChavezDigitalWorks LLC. The whole point of the business is that your site's content belongs to you. See the guarantee.

Text messages. If you tick the text box on the contact form, you are agreeing to messages from Chavez Digital Works about the project, and one message asking for a Google review after the work is finished. That is the whole program. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Ticking the box is never a condition of hiring me or of buying anything, and unticking it changes nothing else about how I work with you.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and I stop permanently. Reply HELP for help, or reach me at hello@chavezdigitalworks.comor 720.999.9660. Phone carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. What I store about your consent, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
