Integrations
Your tools, wired together, and still yours.
A site earns its keep when it talks to the rest of your setup: your calendar, your reviews, your Google listing, the way you take payment. I connect those pieces so the website does real work instead of just sitting there looking nice.
Booking & calendars
Online scheduling wired into your site and synced with the calendar you already keep (Google, Apple, or Outlook) so a new booking never double-books your day. Add multiple chairs, first-open booking, and round-robin across your team when you need them.
Reviews & reputation
Review requests by text and email after each visit, feeding the Google listing customers actually see. The same ask for everyone, never gated, never faked.
Your Google listing
Hours, photos, posts, and “Reserve with Google” kept in step with your site, so the two never tell a customer two different things.
Email & contact
Business email on your own domain, contact and quote forms that land where you actually read them, and missed-call text-back so a call you can’t take still turns into a customer.
The tools you already run
Point-of-sale, a mailing list, whatever you have: if it offers a documented API, webhooks, or a standard export, it can usually join in. If it’s a walled garden with no way in or out, I’ll tell you straight and suggest something that plays nicer, rather than pretend.
Custom fit
Bespoke, within reason.
Most of this is a setting, not a rebuild. I shape the site around what you actually use and how you actually work, and when something genuinely needs custom work, you get a written quote before anything starts, never a surprise on the invoice. The one thing I won’t do is wire in something that risks your data or your ability to walk away with everything.
Tell me what you use
Name the tools your business runs on and I will tell you how they wire in. Free, specific, and honest.
