- Why are your prices public?
- Because you shouldn’t need a sales call to find out what something costs. The price on the tag is the price — the same reason it’s on every plan above.
- What does "you own everything" actually mean?
- Your domain is registered in your name, your content is yours, and if you leave I hand over files, accounts, and access completely — it’s written into our agreement. Agencies holding sites hostage is the most common horror story in this business; I guarantee the opposite.
- What’s the difference between $0 down and the setup fee?
- $0 down spreads the build cost across a 12-month agreement. The setup option costs more up front, then runs month-to-month with no commitment. Same site, same service — pick the cash flow that suits you.
- How long does a build take?
- Most sites are live in two to three weeks. Your part is about thirty minutes total: giving me your information and approving the design.
- Do I have to write anything?
- No. Bring what you have — a menu, a services list, an old brochure — and I’ll write the site. If you want fully custom copy, it’s a flat per-page fee, quoted before I start.
- What makes your sites secure?
- No WordPress, no plugins to hack. Your site is built the way I build production software: hardened security headers, automated backups, uptime monitoring. It’s the same baseline on every plan — not an upsell.
- What if I already have a website?
- I’ll look at it for free and tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild, a tune-up, or nothing at all. Sometimes the right answer is just fixing your Google listing — that’s $59/mo on its own.
