You own your domain, your content, and your website. If you ever leave, I hand everything over cleanly — files, accounts, and access — no hostage-taking, no exit fees. It is written into our agreement.
What a clean handover includes
- Your domain stays registered in your name from day one — I never hold it.
- Full copies of your site files and content, in formats you can take anywhere.
- Admin access to your Google Business Profile and any account created for you.
- A written walkthrough so the next person (or you) can pick it up cold.
Why I put this in writing
The most common story I hear from business owners isn't about a bad website — it's about a good website they couldn't take with them. The domain registered in an agency's name. The "we'll send your files" that never arrives. The hosting bill that doubles the month you try to leave.
I'd rather earn your business every month than trap it once. If my work is good, you'll stay because staying is easy — not because leaving is hard.
